Shoulder Mobility Yin Workshop

Shoulders, upper back and neck feeling tight? You are not alone! As humans these days we tend to carry a lot of our tension and stress in our upper bodies - this can be from sitting at a computer, desk work, carrying your babes and even some of our exercise regimes. It can lead to postural dysfunction and often discomfort or pain.
Sound familiar? Luckily there are ways to counter act this and stretching is a great option. Yin offers long holds and intense stretches to deep structures in your body and can help to create a full body affect.
In this worksop we will be looking at some of the key tissues that restrict us and learn how to stretch them with a Yin approach. It'll be a small group setting to allow proper attention to each student, questions and troubleshooting for postures in each body.
